Discovery Meeting

This is a 30 minute call for us to discuss working together. You get to share where you are at, what challenges you are facing, and where you would like to get it. Provided that I have to tools to move you toward your goals, we can dig in to what working more deeply together may look like.

1 on 1 Intensive- 3 Months

This is our 1 on 1 Intensive work to get you an authentic sense of self and a deeper sense of meaning for your life. We begin with several assessments, to get the lay of your personal mind scape. Then, we work together weekly discussing tools for your personal development and strategizing a personalized forward trajectory (direction) for you. To get the most out of our coaching time together, there will frequently be exercises to do outside our calls that will deepen your relationship to yourself and your experience of your life. We will work together for between 3 months. At the conclusion of our time together, a personalized action plan with a record of our breakthroughs during our work will be provided.

3 monthly payments of $333.00 USD

1 on 1 Intensive- 6 Months
